We commit to maintaining 99.95% uptime for the Service. In the event of extended downtime, enterprise customers may be eligible for service credits as outlined in their contract.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skemya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
